Is there a free trial?
We offer a guided demo with a founder, followed by a pilot period so you can evaluate Solstice in your own environment before committing.
Are there implementation or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding and data migration assistance are included.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month is available. We also offer annual agreements for practices that prefer them.
What counts as a “provider” vs. “support staff”?
Providers are clinicians who chart, prescribe, and bill — physicians, nurse practitioners, specialists. Support staff are everyone else — MOAs, clerks, nurses who don’t independently chart, administrators.
Is the AI really included? No extra charge?
Yes. Ambient documentation, clinical decision support, patient communication, billing suggestions — all included in the base price. AI is part of the platform, not a premium add-on.
What happens to my data if I leave?
We export your data in standard formats (FHIR R4) and assist with the transition. No exit fees, no delays, no penalties.
